Note: Orders that contain more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing time dependent on the particular product.

Returns

Stock is dynamic, and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory may fluctuate at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.

The item must not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
